Join us! 2nd annual “Earth Day on the Green” 2023
On the Norwalk Green, with 12 Noon program at the gazebo
Get to the Norwalk Green without your machine! Walk or bike along a guided tour and leave your car behind:
WALKING TOUR 1: Join guide Nancy Rosett from the Norwalk River Valley Trail departing from City Hall, along the Harbor Loop, and up to the Mill Hill historic herb garden, then to the Green for Earth Day festivities.
WALKING TOUR 2: Depart from Norwalk Library (corner of Belden Ave. and Mott St.) along Wall Street, up historic Lewis Street to the Green. (This Walk is in formation–return here for details to come).
BIKE TOUR 1: Depart from South Norwalk Library to the Green. (This route is information–return here for details to come).
The 2nd annual “Earth Day on the Green” 2023 will feature children’s activities, tree planting, music, “nature yoga”, opportunities to meet Norwalk’s amazing environmental groups, food trucks, and more!
